Digital Storm xm15 gaming laptop with Nvidia’s Optimus hybrid technology

Digital Storm adds another model to its gaming notebook portfolio with the new 15.6-inch model xm15 which is based on Intel and NVIDIA’s Optimus Hybrid Technology.

The xm15 is offered with 15.6-inch (1366 x 768 or 1920 x 1080) LED display with Super Glossy surface, Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, option for two HDDs or SSD in RAID, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n/ WiFi, Bluetooth, card reader, DVD or Blu-ray drive, eSATA and USB 3.0 transfer ports, HDMI, VGA outputs and a webcam. The notebook is equipped with an Nvidia GeForce GT 425M 1GB video card backed by the Nvidia’s Optimus technology, which utilize a second separate integrated Intel graphics processor for less intensive applications.

The xm15 runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit and is now available starting at $999.
