ADATA debuts stylish new USB 3.0 flash drive

The popular Taiwanese maker of memory solutions ADATA has released the new UC340 USB 3.0 flash drive. Apart from the leading tech specs the new flash drive bets on a very stylish and interesting outer design that aims to catch your attention.

Simply said, the UC340 is all about geometry. It features trim geometric lines and a clean glossy finish. When you look at it, you will see that multiple black triangular facets on its casing complement a brilliantly colored translucent body. Working with it is very easy – just click the USB head and then it will extend allowing you to copy the information that you need. Click it once again and then the head with retract. As you can see the UC340 does not come with a USB head cap, which means you cannot lose it. The drive also has a large triangular lanyard hole, which allows you to carry it on a neck strap, purse or key chain – it is up to you.

There’s no need to say what you can use this flash drive for so we will not waste time here. As to the tech specs the UC340 comes with the fastest USB 3.0 standard and capacities that range from 16 GB all the way up to 256 GB. The drive reaches up to 200 MB/sec of read speed and up to 120 MB/sec of write speed and purchasers also get the right to download and use ADATA’s UDFtoGO and OStoGO software for free.

The new ADATA UC340 comes with a lifetime warranty but as of now there’s no word on pricing.
