Block Crush King is a game that does not say a whole lot about itself in the title but we will break the secret – this is a really interesting puzzle game that resembles the total hit game called Tetris.

Despite being a puzzle game Block Crush King is a small-sized app. It needs just about 6 MB of storage space, which is not a whole lot. The simplicity of the game can be seen in the main menu as well – it is plain and there’s nothing special but the good news is that there are numerous game modes to choose from so you will not be bored soon with just one game mode. The gameplay is both simple and complicated – the game will give you various pieces with different shapes that you will have to place on the in-game grid that you will see. The main goal is to eliminate the pieces by creating lines that consist of these pieces; when this is done the lines will automatically disappear. The difference when compared to Tetris is that you can eliminate lines virtually anywhere on the grid and not just at the bottom. When you run out of moves the game ends and you can start anew. The gameplay seems easy but in fact you will face many hard moments while playing. Fortunately you are not pressed by time (at least in the Classic game mode) so you can stop and think for a while. Needless to say, the small-sized Block Crush King does not offer 3D graphics or any sound/visual candy but given the idea behind the game and the actual gameplay we do not see how the developers could have implemented 3D graphics.

All in all Block Crush King is a nice game that gives you something new and fresh. It will appeal especially to fans of puzzle games who like to exercise their brains so if you are one of them, then go for this free Android game.
