Years ago (and even today) games such as StarCraft or WarCraft were hugely popular. There you had to defeat your enemies by managing your economy, building troops, planning attacks, and defending yourself in order to ultimately overcome your enemy. If you are a fan of the genre, then you should take a look at a free Android game called Bugmon Defence due to a simple reason – in this app you will be doing pretty much the same!

The story behind Bugmon Defense is not something we haven’t seen before – Earth is invaded by some evil aliens that want to conquer us all so it is up to you to save the day. You will have to build soldiers and then place them on strategic places in the level that you will see in order to defeat the advancing aliens. The battles will be tough and quick-paced so you will have to make quick but correct decisions or you will lose the battle. The goal here is to prevent the aliens from reaching the internals of your base. At the same time you will have to use your resources in a smart way or you will not be able to produce soldiers. In a few words each level is full of action and strategy decisions and this is what makes the game very addictive.

Just like older strategy games Bugmon Defense does not come with 3D graphics but this is not a drawback, at least in our opinion because what you will get to see is nice. The visuals look like they have been taken out of a cartoon movie but nevertheless the game graphics are sharp, well-drawn and simply nice. The sound effects are just what you expect to see from an Android game – simple and nothing special but it is always better to have them than not.

Bugmon Defense is a fun game that will please fans of action and strategy games. The app is full of fast-paced action and this is what makes it appealing. The game is free as usual and can be found here on Google Play. So if you are looking for an action game to play this weekend – Bugmon Defense may be it.
