There are hundreds of racing games on Google Play, there’s no doubt in that. So it may be a bit hard for you to find Desert Traffic Racer if you want this one in particular except that it now resides in the Top 100 free Android apps.

The real reason for this achievement is unclear as the game is just another racer. It is not large in size and can be downloaded and started in a minute. The simple game interface is nice as it allowed us to start playing in less than a minute after firing the game up. You can choose the type of car you want to drive, the color of it and then the type of transmission and then you are good to go. The goal is simple – drive as far as possible without dying on the road. Of course, you get to drive in a desert too.

This would have been an easy task except for the fact that you must tilt your Android device in order to make turns. The bad news list continues – the graphics and sound are nothing special so do not expect eye candy too. But there’s more – we intentionally crashed our car head on and then something strange took place – our car started spinning in the air, scoring more and more meters. Eventually we went high up in the sky covering more and more meters until we couldn’t watch this anymore. This is a really strange bug.

Desert Traffic Racer is just an average game, if we have to be honest. It brings nothing special to the table except comic bugs so it is really a surprise you can find this app around the best Android apps as of now.
