Nixon rolls out a pair custom-designed headphones and travel speaker

California based company Nixon, has announced the launch of three new audio products for music lovers, a pair of headphones and a compact travel speaker.

The first model, the RPM is equipped with custom 40mm drivers, gel-filled ear cushions and features reinforced articulating joints. Nixon said that the headphone was designed, developed and tested with a handpicked group of musicians and DJs, and comes with interlocking coiled cable for professional connectivity. In addition the headphones also come with iPhone/iPod and iPad compatible remote cable with microphone. Available in black/gold, black/silver and white for $200.

The other model, called  “Micro Blaster” is an in-ear and low profile headphones, that are also compatible with Apple’s iPod/iPhone/iPad. They feature custom tuned 8mm titanium drivers, dual-durometer silicone ear tips, and stage monitor inspired over-the-ear ergonomic cabling. Priced at $100 and available in black, white and red.

And finally is the TPS, a compact travel speaker which comes in extruded aluminum body with sand resistant grill and packs a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that enables up to 6 hours of playtime. It is available in black and silver, for $80.
