Nuts!

Nuts!

Nuts! is not a game that you would find on the top apps page of Google Play. In fact we found it by chance while browsing the popular online Android app store so we decided to give it a shot here since we thought it was luck that sent it to us.

So what is Nuts! all about? The game puts you in the shoes of a squirrel that climbs a tree and the main goal of the game is to collect coins and, of course, survive as long as possible. To do so you will have to avoid tree branches; if you don’t you will hit them and three hits will send you dead to the ground. There are some power boosts along the way too. What about the coins – you can spend them inside the game to upgrade your squirrel and make him/her more resistant to trees and other obstacles along the way. Thus Nuts! is a runner game in disguise but this is not something bad at all. What we did not like is that you have to tilt your Android device to make the squirrel turn as we find this way of manipulating the game rather difficult but this is the choice of the game developers.

The game has many strong points and one of them is graphics. Nuts! has beautiful 3D graphics that you will surely enjoy. Although cartoonish they suit the game in a really great way and they make you feel like you are playing a Disney game. Add nice sounds and music and you have one finished and polished app.

There isn’t much else to say about Nuts! It’s just a runner game that has you running upwards instead of forward. It also has a few fresh ideas and this is what makes Nuts! a game that is different from other competitors in the same genre. We think you will like this game just like we did. Nuts! is not a bad game at all, in fact we put it rather high in our game chart.

Will you like it? The only way to find out is to play this game. But before doing so, take a look at it here on Google Play.
