Puzzle Craft 2

Puzzle Craft 2

Puzzle Craft 2 is a game that pretends to act as a puzzle game but more or less this is a strategy in disguise. The app is all about creating an empire and then running it and as such you will engage in managing both people and the economy.

The game starts with your ship hitting land and sinking and you have no choice but to gather all the resources and tools you can find inside the ship and start anew on what seems to be an island. You will build houses, farms, buildings, troops, and you will also engage in discovering new locations that can be of use or not. The puzzle element in the game comes from the fact that in order to obtain certain resources you will have to solve puzzles here and there so yes, they do exist in the game. But everything else is the same – plant crops and then harvest them, build farms and other buildings, see what’s behind the corner and then more of the same. Puzzle Craft 2 comes with nice 2D graphics but do not expect anything better than this. The game also features nice sound effects but this is it.

All in all Puzzle Craft 2 is a game for people who like strategy games and want to solve a puzzle every once in a while. The app requires dedication, however, since most of the time you will be micromanaging things. If you don’t see yourself in this role, then Puzzle Craft 2 is not for you; if yes, then try the app and decide for yourself.

Puzzle Craft 2 is here on Google Play.
