SimCity BuildIt

SimCity BuildIt

SimCity has come to Android! Well, it has been there for a while, actually, but we will now drop a line on the subject.

It happens that a game called SimCity BuildIt sits quietly on Google Play and if you download it you will get to create and run your own city. Perfect for SimCity lovers! We have to warn you that the game is large – at 221 MB in size the game requires you to have enough free space and then a stable connection to the Internet.

SimCity BuildIt looks and feels exactly like the well-known PC versions of the same game. You start inside something that looks like a thin forest and you get to create a road that will serve your future neighborhood. Then you get to build homes, a power plant, a water tower, a factory and all other things and necessities a modern neighborhood needs. The main goal of the game is to increase your population, keep your people happy, develop your city further and further, create jobs and collect taxes and ultimately be a successful mayor. This will prove to be not an easy task but this is where the charm of the game lies. Don’t worry too much, though – SimCity BuildIt has a nice built-in tutorial that will help you understand how to play this game so you will never feel lost.

What’s our verdict? SimCity BuildIt is a nice game that will appeal best to people who want to manage cities and be in charge. It is a strategy game that offers new and fresh things, which is something that is always welcome in an age of strategy games that almost always deal with war.

SimCity BuildIt is here on Google Play.
