Stick Hero – how far can you go?

Stick Hero – how far can you go?

When we saw Stick Hero on Google Play for the first time we expected to see another stickman game where a drawn guy must escape the bad (or maybe good) guys or perform another mischief. Stick Hero surprised us in a good way, though, so we decided that this app deserved a line on our web site.

Well, the first thing you should know, if you haven’t guessed it yet, is that Stick Hero is not another stickman game. In fact the idea behind this game is rather interesting – there’s a small-sized guy who has to get from point A to point B by walking over numerous chasms and you are here to help him. The second thing is that it is your job to give him a “stick” to walk onto, so this is where the name of this Android app comes from. This is our suggestion, anyway. All you have to do to give him a stick is to press the display of your device and a line pops up. Lift your finger and then the “stick” will fall down over the chasms and give the poor guy a way to walk over them. This is where the catch comes in – if the line is too long, the guy will fall down and die; if the line is too short then the same thing happens. So you must be both really careful and quick to draw a line with the necessary length for the guy to survive.

Stick Hero is a simple game – it is small in size and it features 2D graphics only. But the idea behind the game is the really good thing here. In a few words Stick Hero is a good example how a simple but really good idea can make a great game. Moreover you can play it on any Android device as no powerful hardware is needed. To sum it up – Stick Hero will surely give you fun time at no cost at all – this is a game that is definitely worth a look.
