Team Group brings L3 EVO SSDs to market

Team Group Inc., a Taiwanese maker of RAM memory modules, SSDs and memory cards has started the sales of its newest 2.5-inch SSD line called L3 EVO. The new SSD line includes four models as of now with capacities of 120 GB, 240 GB, 480 GB and 960 GB and all of them measure 70 x 7 x 100.5 mm.

The new L3 EVO SSD line is based on MLC NAND flash memory and offers support for the latest SATA 3.0 standard. The drives reach 560 MB/sec and 540 MB/sec of read/write speed (240 GB model) and 530 MB/sec and 470 MB/sec of read/write speed (480 GB model) as well as up to 90 000 IOPS while reading and 85 000 IOPS while writing. The drives also come with support for TRIM, AES, NCQ and SMART technologies and feature a 3-year warranty.

Unfortunately there’s no information on how much these SSDs cost.
