There’s one game genre on Google Play that is both simple and hard and this is the puzzle genre. There you can find games that need less than 20 MB of storage space to run, that do not have fancy graphics or nice sound effects, and yet they have the potential to push your brain real hard and even cause you a headache. But isn’t this where the real charm of puzzle games lies?

XXI: 21 Puzzle Game is a typical representative of the puzzle game genre. The app has most of the traits listed up there – it needs around 13 MB of storage space, it comes with 2D graphics only and the sound effects inside are simple but the gameplay has the potential to bring you tons of fun especially if you are into puzzles. The game has numerous levels to complete but the goal in each level is always the same. You are given a grid that consists of nine cells with each cell filled by a colorful piece of stone with a number on it. Your task is to arrange the stones in such a way so when you add the numbers when going down or right they always add up to 21. The game will help you a bit with this – when you arrange the stones you can see the final result so this makes it a bit easier to see what needs to be changed and where. Yet even then the game is challenging and fun so if you download it and play it you will be in for some quality time.

All in all XXI: 21 Puzzle Game is an excellent casual puzzle game where the fun is guaranteed. The game is challenging, yet at the same time it is not too hard, so you should be able to progress rather quickly during at least the first few levels. In addition the app is free so given all these features we can say that XXI: 21 Puzzle Game is one of the best simple puzzle games you can get on Google Play.
