Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Resurgence Pack Announced

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Second Map PackThe publisher of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 video game hit, Activision, has announced that the second downloadable content pack for the game is going to hit the Xbox LIVE online entertainment network around the world on the 3rd of June. Just like the first downloadable content package, the game will be available exclusively for Xbox 360 users for one month, after which the package will be released on the Sony PlayStation 3 and Windows-Based PCs.

The new downloadable content package is entitled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Pack. The Map Pack will feature five maps, as it follows the record-setting Stimulus Package.

In addition to all that, Infinity Ward will host two Double Experience weekends to celebrate the upcoming release. The first one will take place on the 28th of May, and the second one will take place on the 4th of June.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is rated “M” for Mature by the ESRB for Drug References, Blood, Intense Violence and Language. The game is developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision Publishing Inc.
