External 24x DVD recorder from Buffalo

buffalo-dvsm-u24u2Buffalo Technology presented a new external DVD optical drive – DVSM-U24U2, with dimensions 164 x 50 x 266 millimeters and weighing 1.7 kilograms.

The DVD recorder uses a USB 2.0 interface and support write speeds of 24x for DVD+R/-R, 16x for DVD-RAM, 6x for DVD-R/+R DL and DVD+RW, 6x for DVD-RW, 48x for CD-R and 32x for CD-RW. The product will appear on the market in early June for a price of 130 $. In the box is also included: CyberLink, PowerDirector 7, PowerProducer 5, PowerDVD 8, Power2Go 6, InstantBurn 5 and PowerBackup 2.
