G.Skill announced Phoenix EVO SSD with 2xnm NAND flash

G.Skill announces its new Phoenix EVO solid state drive, which is based on SandForce SF-1222 controller and high quality 2xnm NAND flash chips.

The 2.5-inch drive is capable of deliver read and write speeds of up to 280 MB/s and 270 MB/s, respectively, has a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, a MTBF of 1 million hours and is available in 115GB capacity, backed by 3 years warranty.
