Acer unveils the Predator Z301C gaming monitor

Acer has presented a new high-tech monitor that can easily be the dream of any gamer around the world. The new monitor is called Predator Z301C and the most interesting feature of the new Acer product is that it comes with a refresh rate of 200 Hz.

As you can see the Predator Z301C keeps the Acer tradition of offering faster and faster monitors. The new company product features a large 30-inch curved display with a curvature radius of 1800 mm and an aspect ratio of 21:9. The display uses AMVA technology by AU Optronics and works at 2560 x 1080 pixels. It offers 4 ms of response time, a dynamic contrast ratio of 3000:1, 100 per cent Adobe sRGB coverage and 178-degree horizontal/vertical viewing angles. In addition to this it supports NVIDIA’s G-Sync technology, which improves the image quality in games and offers Low Blue Light technology that spares the user’s eyes. Users can adjust the monitor up and down and tilt it when needed. There are two 7-watt speakers as well. Unfortunately the numbers and types of all the connectivity ports at the back are unclear but we can assume the Acer Predator Z301C comes with HDMI, DisplayPort and USB connectors there.

The price of the Predator Z301C is unclear as of now but given the tech specs we do not expect a low price that goes along with it.
