ViewSonic launches VX2258wm multitouch Monitor

ViewSonic has introduced its first touch screen monitor,  which is Windows-certified, utilize Infrared Optical Imaging and packs two SRS Premium Sound speakers.


The VX2258wm has a 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution panel with dynamic contrast ratio of 100,000:1, brightness of 200 cd/m2 and 5ms response time. The monitor also feature Eco-mode for energy savings, support for HBDP (High Bandwidth Digital Protection) Blu-ray devices and is equipped with D-Sub, DVI, USB port, 3.5mm audio in/out and two built-in SRS 2 watt speakers.

The VX2258wm is available in Europe for €230.
