Romanian manufacturer of GPS navigators  Evolio, releases its first netbook - SmartPad S21, which comes with 10.1-inch (1024×600) screen, 1.6Ghz Atom CPU processor, Intel GMA 950 integrated graphic card,  1GB of RAM, 160GB hard drive, 1.3MP webcam, SD/MMC card reader, WiFi, and  10/100 Mbps LAN.

The netbook weight 1.1kg and is 27millimeters thick and is available in two colors Red Spice and Blue Wave with 3400 mAh battery and Windows XP OS for $478.
