MSI unveils new Windows 8-based gaming laptops

MSI-GT70-ONE-laptop

MSI was quick to announce new gaming laptops based on Windows 8. The list includes the GT70 ONE and GT60 ONE models that apart from the brand-new OS pack some serious hardware – as expected from any gaming laptop.

Starting with the specs list, the MSI GT70 ONE comes with an Intel Core i7 Ivy Bridge processor, 17.3-inch Full HD display, GeForce GTX 680M graphics card with 4 GB of VRAM, an optional Super RAID 2 SSD RAID storage solution, Killer E2200 game networking, a SteelSeries keyboard and finally Windows 8.

The MSI GT60 ONE offers the same hardware – but comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD display and therefore a lower price. Pricing for both laptops is unknown.

MSI will also offer Windows 8 on lower priced non-gaming laptops.
