AMD’s web site leaks Radeon RX 490 video card

Visitors of AMD’s web site have noticed one peculiar fact – the site lists a new video card that no one has heard of – the Radeon RX 490.

Unfortunately there’s no information whatsoever on this new card so we can only speculate if it will have two GPUs inside or whether it will be a faster version of the RX 480. This news has come from a list of video cards that, when purchased, entitle their owners to a free game but you can also enjoy this promotion if you buy a computer that has been assembled by Dell, HP, ASUS, Acer, Alienware and other companies. The only requirement for these machines is to have an AMD CPU, GPU or APU inside. The last day of the promotion is February 28, 2017, which means that we will get the RX 490 before this date.
