Be Quiet! expands the Pure Power 9 PSU line

The German maker of power supply units Be Quiet! has expanded its Pure Power 9 line of PSUs with the addition of several new models that this time come with fixed cables. The new PSUs arrive with power output of 300W, 350W, 400W, 500W, 600W and 700W.

The new power supply units feature advanced technologies like their modular peers from the same line. The 300W and 350W models are rated for 80 Plus Bronze efficiency, while the 400W, 500W, 600W and 700W models feature 80 Plus Silver efficiency. All the PSUs arrive with two independent 12-volt rails, though, for improved signal stability and feature all common kinds of protections. In addition the Pure Power 9 line complies with all Energy Star 6.0 and ErP 2014 guidelines and supports the C6/C7 low power states of modern Intel processors. All cables are sleeved for improved airflow and a clean and modern look in the PC and in addition to this, one of them is an “all-in-one” cable that features a practical Easy-Plug hard drive connector. The 600W and 700W models come with four 6+2 PCI-E connectors, while the 400W and 500W models feature just two. The even weaker 300W and 350W models come with a single 6+2-pin PCI-E connector.

The Pure Power 9 line is now available for EUR 49 – EUR 99, depending on the model chosen.
