Be Quiet! launches the Dark Base 900 cases

The German company Be Quiet! has released its Dark Base 900 and Dark Base Pro 900 PC cases ahead of schedule. This is good news for fans of the brand and all the people who liked the cases when we posted an article on them a month ago. Previously the Dark Base 900 line was expected sometime in July.

The cases come unchanged from what we knew before. The Dark Base 900 line features a modular design, efficient cooling with SilentWings 3 fans and extremely low noise levels. The PC case line also comes with a wireless Qi charger, LED lighting and a side window made of tempered and tinted glass. The modular design allows all kinds of configurations to sit inside the Dark Base 900. For instance, the removable motherboard tray can be installed in six different positions and can accommodate even E-ATX and XL-ATX motherboards. The cases are equipped with three pre-installed 140 mm SilentWings 3 PWM fans so the hardware inside will be properly cooled. In addition the cases support up to four PWM fans and can accommodate up to 15 SSDs, 7 HDDs and 2 optical drives.

The Dark Base 900 and Dark Base Pro 900 are available now. The recommended retail price of the standard version is EUR 199.00 /GBP 159.00 /USD 199.90, while the top model costs EUR 249.00/GBP 199.00/USD 249.90.
