ORIGIN PC debuts Omega HTPCs

The US maker of custom-built PCs and high-end gaming computers ORIGIN PC has launched the OMEGA line of home theater PCs. The new line consists of computers that bring numerous multimedia functions to any place in your house. Apart from powerful hardware the OMEGA line also comes with support for 4K gaming, customizable HTPC cases, the ability to boot directly into Steam Big Picture Mode, optional mouse emulation software support and tons of other features.

ORIGIN PC has not listed many details on the new PCs except their outstanding features so we will mention them here – the OMEGA line is fully ready for 3-way NVIDIA SLI with GeForce GTX 980 cards, and has multiple storage options that include various hard drive and SSD configurations for up to 14 TB of storage, support for both Windows and Steam OS, easy updates and access to your favorite apps and professional overclocking. This is everything we know of the hardware inside so we will have to guess here and there – according to us the OMEGA HTPCs come with fast Intel Haswell processors and tons of DDR3 memory too apart from the aforementioned GeForce GTX 980 graphics and SSD/HDD storage.

The OMEGA line starts at USD 999 and up and is available now.
