HTC H7 tablet specs listed online

A few days ago we informed our readers that HTC was planning to release its first own tablet under the HTC H7 brand name. Back then the only facts we knew were that the tablet would be a budget-oriented device and that it would appear in Q2 2015.

It seems that the H7 is getting closer and closer to its release date – according to the latest information on the device, the slate has undergone testing in India where a local news source has managed to get the tech specs of the tablet. According to this preliminary information the H7 will come with a 7-inch sensor display, 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, as well as a quad-core processor at 1.2 GHz. Strangely enough the H7 will support not a single one but two SIM cards, which means that you will be able to place calls with it as well. Moreover the tablet has undergone Bluetooth certification so this technology will be there as well. Finally the slate is said to come with Android 5.0 Lollipop and Sense 7.0 user interface. The tablet will offer Modern Black, Delicate Rose and Airy Blue colors when it arrives on the market.

In India the H7 is expected to cost around USD 150, which will likely be the price for other countries as well. No word on the launch date as of now.
