After first seeing the supposed iPhone 5 cases and a bit later the assembled phone itself the Internet has been full of buzz and speculation regarding the next version of the iPhone. The latest rumor is that Apple will launch the device along with the iPad mini on September 12 this year.
The announcement will take place at an Apple event likely held in the USA. If such an event takes place this would mean the iPhone 5 and the iPad mini will be commercially available 10 days later – on September 21 – as is the Apple tradition.
In addition to these two devices Apple is believed to show off some new features of its next generation mobile platform – the iOS 6.
Still, bear in mind that all this information is preliminary and may turn out to be incorrect. One thing’s for sure though – the iPhone 5 will come out soon!
