Android Market offers movie rentals

Now you be able to watch full-length movies, in high quality streamed directly to your Android smartphone,  PC/Mac or tablet. Over 3,000 movies are now available in the market, some are free, while others will cost you between $1.99 and $4.99 for HD selections. The rentals will be available for 30 days, with a 24 hour viewing period once you’ve started watching.

Тhe Movies service will also include ‘pinning’ feature which automatically download the movie in background for subsequent, offline playback, when you have no connectivity. This will be available for Android 2.2 or higher devices, “in the coming weeks”, but now you can still check out the full film catalog.
