Nokia annouces Nokia 6600i slide with 5 megapixel camera

nokia-6600iNokia announced an updated version of  its 6600i slide – 6600i. The phone has all features of its predecessor 2.2-inches TFT display, 3G support, Bluetooth, microSD card slot, FM radio, accelerometer,Li-ion Battery BL-4U with a capacity of 1000 mAh, works in  networks WCDMA 850/2100 and GSM / EGSM Quadband 850/900/1800/1900.


The main difference which comes with 6600i is the 5 megapixel camera sensor instead of the 3.2 MP previous one.Nokia claims that 6600i is the smallest 5MP slider in the world. Device dimensions are 93x45x14 mm and weighs 110 grams.

It is expected to appear on the market during the third quarter of 2009 for a price of 200 euro with two colors: Silver and Black.
