Acer plans two new smartphones

The Taiwanese Acer has prepared no less than two new mobile phones for sale this year – the Liquid Z4 and the Liquid E3.

The Liquid Z4 will be available in two colors – black and white and will have a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor, a 4-inch sensor IPS display, 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, GPS, sensors and a rear 5 MP camera. The newcomer will also run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and will be sold for EUR 99 when it comes to market in April 2014.

The other smartphone  – the Liquid E3 – will also be available in white and black colors only and will be based on a quad-core processor that will run at 1.2 GHz. The device also has a 4.7-inch sensor IPS display at 720p resolution, 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, rear 13 MP and front 2 MP cameras, Wi-Fi, GPS and other nice features. The smartphone will run Android 4.4.2 and will sell for EUR 199.
