This is what has happened to the Lumia 950XL, which is expected on October 6, and thanks to this we have a new leak that pretty much describes what we will get in about 10 days time.

According to the leak the Lumia 950XL will come with Windows 10 Mobile, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 3 GB of RAM and a display that works at 2560 x 1440 pixels. Unfortunately we do not know the size of the display.
