Buffalo creates external HDD with USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt

Buffalo Japan has created the first external hard drive that comes with both USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt technologies thus simplifying its use on multiple platforms while offering very fast data transfer.

The Buffalo HD-PATU3 external hard drive also supports USB 2.0 and can be used with older systems but at the same time it is also a very suitable choice for people who own PCs with USB 3.0 support or Mac computers relying on Thunderbolt technology or both.
