Kano

Kano

Kano is a game that you do not come across every day. It comes with original and fun gameplay that makes it really hard to categorize. On Google Play the app is known as an arcade game so we will accept that.

The gameplay is all about a square that you can rotate with your fingers. The square sits at the bottom of your Android device display and it consists of four smaller squares that are colored in green, red, blue and yellow. Then the game will drop objects with one of these colors and you must rotate the big square so that a smaller square matches the color of the falling object. If you succeed in doing this you will get a single point, if not one of the smaller rectangles will disappear and a lava hole will appear in its place. If you have an object fall into the lava hole, then a new lava hole will appear and if you run out of small squares the game ends. If you succeed in matching the object color with a same-colored small square, then the object will jump in the air and will change its color. This is what the game offers as gameplay and we can say the gameplay is very dynamic and fun so chances are you will enjoy this game.

Although Kano does not come with 3D graphics and the like we do not think that this is a drawback because the game looks nice as it is and in this case the game is so engaging you will not have time to look at the visuals. The sound effects in Kano are also fun so you will not be disappointed here.

All in all Kano is a rarely seen fun game. It is simple but comes with great gameplay that will engage you and keep you playing for hours. The app finds the perfect mix between challenge and easiness-to-play and perhaps this is where the secret of Kano lies. There’s nothing better to say except that Kano is a great game and you will be at a loss if you do not try this free Android app.

Kano is here on Google Play.
