Spirit Run

Spirit Run

Runner games are a popular genre on Google Play – they offer fast-paced game play, various awards and ultimately – fun!

Spirit Run is one such runner game as the name suggests. Thus it follows the same old rules – run, avoid obstacles and enemies, collect awards and hopefully finish levels. In order to be somewhat different from its competitors, Spirit Run must offer something else and something more and it does. The game excels in the graphics department – everything is in 3D, very beautiful and very colorful. In addition to that the game itself creates an atmosphere that is unique in a way – Spirit Run takes you to ancient times and cultures that worshiped animals and feared demons, spirits and evil forces. We think the game takes you back in time to Mesoamerica and its culture, which is definitely a feature that adds a lot to the game.

Apart from this everything else is the same – you run all the time, you avoid obstacles by sliding and jumping and you turn left and right, while collecting treasures on the way. Furthermore there’s a monster running behind you so make sure you don’t fall in its hands! When you complete a level you are taken to the next one and this is it.

While Spirit Run is not a revolutionary runner game it does offer two things that are seldom seen in games of the same genre – awesome graphics and a unique atmosphere. These two reasons are enough to make us recommend the game if you are looking for a new runner game to try. Download it and then take a look at it – we think you will not be disappointed!

Spirit Run is here on Google Play.
