MSI announced CX500DX notebook with SiS 672DX chipset

MSI has recently announced CX623 multimedia notebook, today they unveils another one – CX500DX. The new propose is based on SiS 672DX chipset, Core 2 Duo processor and ATi Mobility Radeon HD545v discrete graphics card (512MB of display memory).

Flowing the Classic series design, it has 45-degree beveled edges and color film print coating, the CX500DX is less than 3cm and weighs in at only 2.48kg. The notebook has 15,6-inch 16:9 HD LED backlit display with 1366×768 resolution, other features are: up to 4GB DDR2 RAM, choice between 250 /320/500 GB SATA HDD, Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n wireless, 4 in 1 card reader, DVD writer, 1.3 megapixel webcam, 6-cell battery and MSI’s ECO Engine power saving technology.
