Lenovo releases budget-oriented 8-core phablet

The Chinese company Lenovo has combined features that contradict each other – the company has released a budget-oriented phablet with an 8-core processor.

The phablet carries the definitely Chinese brand name of Golden Warrior A8 and comes with a 5-inch sensor display at 720p resolution (1280 x 720 pixels) and an 8-core MediaTek MT6592 processor at 1.7 GHz. The device sports Mali-450MP4 graphics and offers 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal memory, a microSDHC card slot, one rear 13 MP camera, one front 5 MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, support for two SIM cards and a 2000 mAh battery.

The new phablet runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat and it sells for just USD 128 in China Mobile stores.
