The rumored Microsoft smartphone is the Lumia 1030

The rumored new Microsoft Lumia smartphone that we talked about yesterday has turned out to be the so-called Lumia 1030.

As reported before the device carries the RM-1052 code name and supposedly sports a large 5-inch or 6-inch display at Full HD resolution, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, NFC and more. The main feature of the device, however, is the inclusion of a 50 MP (!) rear camera with a 4th generation short pulse LED flash. The device also seems to sport a metallic chassis.

The Lumia 1030 will likely run Windows Phone 8.1. The release date of the device is unknown and so is the price of the device.
