Samsung prepares first Galaxy F smartphone

A while ago we reported that Samsung plans to unleash a new line of high-end smartphones, called Galaxy F. It appears now that the major Korean company is almost done with the first member of the Galaxy F line and the device does pack some nice hardware inside.

The Galaxy F comes with a metallic chassis and a large 5.2-inch display that works at Quad HD resolution (2560 x 1440 pixels). It packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with four Krait 450 computational cores at 2.5 GHz, built-in Adreno 420 graphics, 3 GB of RAM, a rear 16 MP camera and support for Ultra HD resolutions (4K).

Unfortunately there isn’t more information on the Galaxy F at the moment. The price of the device is also not known.
