Zauba confirms the display sizes of Galaxy S7

Samsung’s Galaxy S7 smartphone will undoubtedly be one of the hottest new smartphones this year – the device is expected in a few weeks time at the upcoming MWC 2016 and will surely make headlines when it appears. Slowly but surely, however, we have been getting the tech specs of this handset family (remember – there will be three Galaxy S7 models) well in advance and today is not an exception.

The Indian company Zauba, which monitors imports and exports into and out of India, has confirmed the display sizes of the upcoming Galaxy S7 smartphones. According to this information the standard Galaxy S7 will have a 5.1-inch display, while the Galaxy S7 Edge will sport a larger 5.5-inch display with both screens expected to feature Quad HD resolution. The third Galaxy S7 version – the Galaxy S7 Plus – will have a 6-inch display that will be available in two versions – flat and curved.

Yesterday it became known that at least one of the three Galaxy S7 versions will have an Exynos 8890 processor as well as 4 GB of RAM and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, thanks to Geekbench. Given this leak speed we might know all Samsung Galaxy S7 details well before the smartphone family gets announced next month.
