The MSI takes the Stage!

The world of notebooks is changing – far from being a handy aid for students who didn’t want to haul huge laptops around, today’s notebooks are now being used for gaming, and you won’t find a better gaming notebook than the MSI 3K Laptop.

Having just debuted at the Computex Taipei event, the MSI 3K Laptop has impressed gamers with its huge variety of new features.

The laptop’s 3K display will be able to support four SSDs at once as well as a hard drive. Perfect for gamers on the road, the technology will feature special configuration of MSI’s GS60 Ghost Pro 15.6 inch gaming portable. In addition to outstanding graphics, the laptop’s also got a pretty impressive processor, with high speed Core i7 technology as standard.

Speed is the key for this nifty little device – it boasts up to 16GB of RAM, with dual 256GB SSDs in RAID 0 and a 1TB storage drive. The laptop will be able use its high tech features to play games of every genre, from high action role play games incorporating sharp graphics, to fast paced online slots.

Truly, however, the feature that sets this laptop apart from the rest is its Nvidia GTX 80M graphics. Bright colours, razor sharp edges and lightning speeds will change the gaming experience of its users.

The technology is staying ahead of the times with the new Windows 8.1 software, making it user friendly and easy for those smartphone users to adjust to a slightly larger device. Overheating is also a thing of the past for gamers who like to whittle the hours away on their favourite games – the laptop is fitted with highly advanced Cooler Boost 2 technology, which improves the cooling process by 15% and also promises lower noise levels.

It’s easy to carry and easy to manipulate, with a Steelseries keyboard and full colour LED backlight, so gaming while on the go has never been so easy. Gamers won’t have any trouble with internet access either – its Killer DoubleShot technology combines high performance Ethernet and Wi-Fi, promising higher speeds and lower latency of online gaming and streaming.

While smartphones may seem to be the models of choice for some gamers, the battery life on the MSI 3K far outperforms the humble iPhone, and it promises better graphics, speeds and user interactivity. If you’re a serious gamer and love to game wherever you go, you can’t miss out on the MSI 3K.
