Nikon plans to exhibit a new camera at Photokina 2014

The famous Japanese digital camera maker Nikon will present a new full-frame DSLR camera at the upcoming Photokina 2014 event. The name of the new product is unknown at the moment.

There’s little information on the upcoming device except that it will take the market space between the D610 and D810 digital cameras. The device will have a 24 MP sensor and a high performance EXPEED 4 processor. Thanks to an innovative algorithm, the new camera will boast improved picture sharpness and realistic picture depth at all levels of sensitivity.

The camera will also have a display that can be moved, Wi-Fi, a USB 3.0 port, support for 4K and a CF/SD card slot. Unfortunately the camera is expected to cost around USD 2500.
