The company Spire Corporation, which is known for making various cooling solutions, has started the sales of its new Astro III notebook cooler (model name SP-NC351-BK).
The notebook cooler is compatible with notebooks that have displays between 12 inches and 15.4 inches and measures 340 x 280 x 40 mm for total weight of 680 grams. The Astro III is made of light plastic and anodized aluminum, all colored in black. The product has a low-noise 200 mm cooling fan that spins at 900 rpm. The fan makes no more than 22 dBa of noise and needs just 1.75 watts of power. In addition to that the Astro III features rubber feet that will not slip on most surfaces out there.
The Spire Astro III comes with a 5-year warranty and sells now for USD 19.95.
