COUGAR preps entry into keyboard business

COUGAR – a company that we have come to associate with power supply units, cases and cooling – is getting ready to attack the PC gaming keyboard market with a keyboard that carries the ATTACK name.

The COUGAR ATTACK is a fully mechanical keyboard based on cherry red mechanical switches that offer leading reaction sensitivity even with low press force. All keys are also LED-backlit and you have the option to change the colour too. Although the colours have not been confirmed they are expected to be white, black, blue and red. Bundled key-caps and an included key-puller allow the user to individually highlight those keys (s)he is most dependent upon in gameplay. Additionally you can choose which keys to remain active and which not while playing.

The COUGAR ATTACK also offers the so-called G-key design that prevents you from hitting the Windows key while playing. There are 8 Macro keys too that allow you to easily access most frequently used functions or access and execute more than a single key command at a time. The multimedia keys round it further up, by controlling all of your music volume with the easy access media controls.

The COUGAR ATTACK currently has no release date or pricing so stay tuned!
