MSI launches 17-inch CX705MX Classic notebook

Micro-Star International has now added a new member to its multimedia and entertainment notebooks portfolio –  the new 17.3- inch CX705MX. It is powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor and SiS 672 DX + SiS 968 chipset.

The new propose comes with MSI’s exclusive classy cross hatch design color film print, which  provides extra protection against scratches and wear, and weight less than 3kg with the 6-cell battery.  The backlit LED display offers 16:9 ratio with 1,600 x 900 resolution and is powered by ATi Radeon HD 545V discrete graphics card with 512MB  DDR2 VRAM. Other specs includes choice  of 2.5-inch SATA hard drives between 250GB, 320GB and 500GB, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/draft N, Ethernet port, Bluetooth 2.1, 1.3MP webcam,  three USB ports, HDMI and D-Sub,  two 2W speakers with a subwoofer, a card reader (SD/MMC/MS/XD), and dont ‘forget of course DVD burner.
