Galaxy J Max is the latest Samsung smartphone

Samsung has quickly announced one more smartphone after the launch of the Galaxy J2 (2016). The new device belongs to the same line and carries the Galaxy J Max product name, which hints that here we will see a large display.

This is correct – the Galaxy J Max comes with a large 7-inch display but it works at the mediocre for this size resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. The smartphone is equipped with an unknown quad-core processor at 1.5 GHz and has 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 200 GB). The smartphone supports two SIM cards and runs Android 5.1 Marshmallow. In addition to this the Galaxy J Max supports 4G VoLTE, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and offers two cameras – a rear 8 MP unit and a 5 MP front one. The device has a GPS receiver and an FM radio. A 4000 mAh battery runs all the hardware inside. The smartphone measures 186.9 x 108.8 x 8.7 mm and comes in two colors – black and gold.

The Galaxy J Max costs around USD 199.
