Gateway NV Series notebooks gets “social networking” with a single touch of a button

Gateway has updated  their NV5 Series(15.6-inch) and the NV7 Series(17.3-inch display) with new matte lid options, new GPU units and features an integrated “social networking” button that allows customers to access their social networks, including Facebook, YouTube and Flickr, with a single touch of a button. With it, customers can see real-time network updates on their status feed, as well as provide updates to their own sites with information, images and video.”

The Gateway NV Series have 16:9 aspect ratio LED-backlit TFT Widescreen displays (NV5 has 1366×768 screen resolution while the NV7 -1600×900), the speed upgrades includes Intel Core i3 and Core i5 processors as well as AMD Athlon and AMD Turion processors, dedicated Mobility Radeon or Intel GMA graphics, up to 8GB, hard drives ranging from 320GB to 640GB, multi-gesture touchpad, all in one media card readers,  two built-in stereo speakers,  HDMI port at last but not least Blu-ray drive – all for $799.99.
