Xigmatek is back with a new CPU cooler known as Dark Knight II SD1483. The cooler is available in two colors – frosty white and matte black and packs advanced technologies.
For one thing the Dark Knight II comes with a ceramic coating on its aluminum fins and heat pipes, which makes the entire cooler more efficient due to increased surface area for heat dissipation. The cooler relies on three 8 mm thick heat pipes which directly contact the processor; the pipes then take the generated heat to an included 140 mm Xigmatek XAF LED fan that pushes 90.3 CFM of air at just 18 dBA of noise. The cooling fan can last for up to 150 000 hours and can cool all modern CPUs with TDP of less than 160W. Finally just for your information the Dark Knight II SD1483 measures 120 x 50 x 159 mm (W x D x H) and weighs 406 grams (heatsink only).
