Apple’s products are known for their high quality but we do not live in a perfect world and problems are possible every once in a while. Unfortunately this is what has just happened to owners of Apple hardware devices – the acclaimed US company has issued a recall for some of its AC power adapters.
The problem with the adapters is that under certain conditions they can break down and present a risk of potential electric shock so Apple has issued a voluntary recall for these AC power adapters. They were shipped between 2003 and 2015 with iPads and Macs that were sold outside of the United States. Power adaptors sold in Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, the United States and the United Kingdom are not affected.
