Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 specs leaked online

Someone at Samsung has leaked the first specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 phablet – a huge smartphone designed to fill in the gap between regular smartphones and tablets.

According to this unofficial information the Galaxy Mega 5.8 (codename GT-I9152) will support two SIM cards and will have an unknown dual-core chip at 1.4 GHz. The device will have a 5.8-inch sensor display at 960 x 540 pixel resolution, 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, rear 8 MP and front 2 MP cameras, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11n Wi-Fi. The entire device, which measures 164 x 83.8 x 9.7 mm, will run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and will be powered by a 2600 mAh battery.

The Galaxy Mega 5.8 along with its larger sibling – the Mega 6.3 – is expected this summer.
