HTC debuts Desire 600 smartphone

The Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC has exhibited the new Desire 600 smartphone – a new company product that is based on a quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor at 1.2 GHz.

The Desire 600 sports a 4.5-inch display at 960 x 540 pixels, 1 GB DDR2 memory, 8 GB of internal memory, support for 3G, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11n Wi-Fi. The rest of the specs include support for two SIM cards, an 8 MP rear camera, a 1.6 MP front camera, a 1860 mAh battery and Beats Audio. The HTC Desire 600 measures 134.8 x 67 x 9.26 mm and weighs 130 grams.

The HTC Desire 600 will become commercially available in June. Pricing is unknown at the moment.
