Nokia launches Lumia 620 Protected Edition

The Finnish smartphone maker Nokia has released a new smartphone to market. The Lumia 620 Protected Edition comes with better resistance to the elementals coming with IP54 certification, which means the smartphone is protected against dirt and water.

The tech specs of the Lumia 620 PE look like this: the smartphone measures 115.4 x 61.1 x 11 mm, weighs 127 grams and comes with a 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor. The device sports a 3.8-inch ClearBlack display at 800 x 480 pixels, 512 MB of RAM, 8 GB of internal memory (plus 7 GB of free space in Microsoft SkyDrive), a microSD card slot for cards up to 64 GB, a 5 MP rear camera, Bluetooth 3.0, NFC, 802.11n Wi-Fi, a microUSB port and a 3.5-mm audio jack. A 1300 mAh battery powers the device. The Lumia 620 PE runs Windows Phone 8 and is available in light green, purple, black, yellow and white.

The Lumia 620 PE costs EUR 240.
