Sony Xperia SP pictures leaked

The Internet has seen the first pictures of an upcoming mid-range Sony smartphone, known as Xperia SP.

The Xperia SP will be powered by a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro MSM8960T chip at 1.7 GHz with an integrated Adreno 320 GPU. The device will feature a 4.5-inch display at 1280 x 720 pixels and 1 GB of RAM and will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Depending on the market the Sony Xperia SP will be available in three versions – C5302, C5303 and C5306. The C5303 model will support LTE while the C5302 and C5306 models will support HSPA.

The pricing and release date are unknown.
